  • Property maintenance coordination
  • HMO licensing compliance
  • 24/7 emergency support
  • Guaranteed rent options (where applicable)

2. Landlord Responsibilities

As a landlord using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information
  • Maintain valid HMO license (or allow us to obtain one)
  • Fund necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure property meets safety standards
  • Provide access for inspections when required

3. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure includes:

  • Management fees: [X]% of collected rent
